Starting from May 13th, public will be allowed to attend the tennis matched of the Intenazionali BNL d’Italia 2021. However, the authorized number of spectators on site will be 25% of the capacity of each of the three sections, in which the venue has been divided: Campo Centrale (Centre Court), GrandStand Arena, Stadio Pietrangeli and Campi Secondari (outer-courts). All seats will be numbered, and it will not be allowed to take place on any different seat than the one on the ticket.
Among all ticketholders who had bought their tickets during the presale, the ones who fall into the fixed capacity will receive an email by the end of this week with all needed information: number of valid tickets, seat number and detailed indication on how to access the venue.
All ticketholders who exceed the capacity or who have bought tickets for sessions up until Wednesday May 12th will receive an email specifying which tickets are not any longer valid and how to request a reimbursement.
Who had bought tickets by using the SuperVoucher 2020, alternatively to the reimbursement of the nominal value of tickets (meaning without the +25% of surplus value of the voucher itself), will be given the option to use their credit to buy daily and multiple-day tickets in presale at the following events: Next Gen ATP Finals 2021 (scheduled for November in Milan), Nitto ATP Finals 2021 (scheduled also for November in Turin) or the Internazionali BNL d’Italia 2022 in Rome.
All fans who had regularly bought tickets which will not be usable due to the limited capacity of the Internazionali BNL d’Italia 2021 will receive a reimbursement.
In the case of additional tickets available for the edition in due course, those will be sold online. All information will be published and updated on the official website: www.internazionalibnlditalia.com.
Further details on how to request a reimbursement will be communicated at the end of the tournament.
