Ticket refunding: all the important information

This content was published 12 months ago. It may refer to a past edition of the Internazionali d’Italia.

The announcement from the Federazione Italiana Tennis e Padel on the topic of refunds and rainchecks at the Internazionali BNL d’Italia.

During the 80th edition of the Internazionali BNL d’Italia, the general conditions applied to the selling of tickets and therefore the access to the venue (the “general conditions” can be found on the website https://ticketing.internazionalibnlditalia.com/it/legal) clarify that the “prize of the ticket will be refund from the organization only whether no training nor match, scheduled for the session for which the ticket was bought, takes place” (art. 6).

To accommodate the needs of fans, the FITP aims to guarantee a compensation (by refunding or issuing a raincheck worth the same price of the ticket) whether one match, scheduled on the session for which the ticket was bought, had started but was eventually halted before the end of the set, together with all other events scheduled for the same session due to rain. The FITP will communicate how such compensations will be issued in due time.
