Jelana Jankovic hopes the Serb’s make it a hat-trick of players in the Rome Masters finals.
Jankovic as well as Ana Ivanovic and Novak Djokovic are all in the last four of the Italian Open at Foro Italico.
The no.6 seed is hoping she can do her country proud once again when she faces home favourite Sara Errani.
She said: “It is so wonderful to have three Serbs in the semi-final, Novak has won as well.
“Hopefully we can win and have three finalist. I wish them a lot of luck. It’ understandable that the crowd will be at Errani’s side, you have to be ready for that kind of atmosphere.
“When you play with the local player you have to be ready for the crowd to cheer your opponent. I just have to calm, stay focused and try to play my shots and execute my tactics.
“It’s going to be a very tough match, she’s the local favourite, but I already experienced that against Pennetta so I know what to expect and it’s going to be a very physical match.”
