The Internazionali BNL d’Italia 2021 are opening their gates to fans as a first sports event to do so in Italy. And you can be part of such a joyful day from the start! Obviously, access is limited to only 25% of the capacity in each of the three clusters in which the venue is divided, but it will make a massive difference from the silent, empty courts we have sadly got used to in the past year. To be one of the ardent fans that will come and finally watch tennis from the stands, all you need to do is one click.
Actually, buying your ticket online will be the only – and extremely easy – way to get your access to the Foro Italico, since there will be no box office on site. All available seats (2.415 per session on Campo Centrale, 1.493 on the Grand Stand Arena, 774 on Stadio Pietrangeli and 590 on Outer Courts – the “Campi Secondari”) have been made first available to multi-day tickets holder and tournament’s partners, but there is still a fair amount of tickets still at sale. You can check this availability of “last minute” tickets on the homepage of our official website – www.internazionalibnlditalia.com – and one the one of the Italian Tennis Federation – www.federtennis.it -.
There is no box office, all tickets are only available via online sale.
Of course, there is not much time left, but buying your ticket is easier than you think and will not take much time.
Here’s how to do so, step by step:
You simply need to register, chose your ticket and buy it. Then, you must fill in the data from your ticket on the check-in procedure. (Instruction are available to this link in Italian. However, all you need to know is that slides number 3 and 4 show you where to find the data needed for check in – “carta” and “numero progressivo” – on your tickets to be able to finalize your check in).
Once your check in will be confirmed, you will receive a QR code that will grant you access to one of the three clusters of the Foro Italico.
All seats will be numbered, including the outer courts, and it will not be possible to take any other place from the one displayed on the ticket.
The venue has been divided in three separated areas – as shown in the map below – with no possibility to move from one to the other. Every ticket grants the access to only one of the three, with no possibility to go from Campo Centrale to the Grand Stand Arena or to the third cluster made of Pietrangeli and Campi Secondari. Even on outer courts, seats will be numbered. Each cluster will have dedicated entrances and exits, as well as toilets and food stalls.
Every spectator will have to wear an FFP2 mask, while organizers will make disinfection gel available in order to guarantee the upmost safety.
In order to comply with the curfew, set for 10.00pm by law, the evening session of the Internazionali BNL d’Italia 2021 has been split between two courts, differently from the usual set up of the past years. Campo Centrale and Grand Stand Arena will host one match each, starting respectively at 6.00pm and 7.00pm. This way, fans will have enough time to enjoy some great tennis and return home.
So, what now? There is no more time to waste, take the chance and come to the Foro Italico to watch your favourite players and world’s best taking on the deciding matches of the tournament. Tickets are still available, all you need is one click.
